Check for errors, conflicts, deficiencies and omissions, as follows:

1.     Mistakes – correct it

Law Creation

Mans Law can only be created two ways, either through Contract or Trespass:

Contract: Party 1 + Contract + Party 2 = Law

Trespass: Party 1 + trespass by Party 2 = Contract = Law broken

Law is either agreed within contract or created when broken.

Lawful vs Legal

Legal: means contract, which may or may not be lawful.

Lawfully legal: means contract that is lawful and does not cause harm to anyone.

Lawful: means your actions do not violate the rights of others.

Rights

Rights are contractual, meaning they are agreed upon through contract, or created when violated through trespass requiring them to be up held.

Rights are yours if you want them, you do not look them up.

No Name No Claim

If a claim has been made upon you, yet you do not know the name of the one who made the claim, then there is no claim.

If you do not have a name, you cannot make a claim and therefore cannot own anything.

Maxim

A maxim is not a law, it is a principle that is difficult, if not impossible, to argue against.
